Hi guys, I need your help, as I am not sure now how Maybank calculates the 5% CB for Amex. Been a long time since I come here, and I just know that utilities bill payment is not considered for CB already now.  Been paying my TNB bills thru M2U so long before knowing this. These are my transactions for May 2021. and I just received RM18 or CB, which is for RM360 transactions. But I am at loss which transactions they counted and which are not.
