Eligible for cashback both FCB and Amex??? drool.gif

Looks like unifi not stated in their cashback exclusion T&C.

[attachmentid=10474610]
*
unifi never been any of the exclusion.

do you think unifi = utilities (electic, gas, sanitary, water)?

Refund of Overpayment on Maybank Card Account [ Maybank ]
24 MAY 2019

Dear Valued Cardmembers,

Effective 19 June 2019, we will no longer process requests for refund of any overpayment on an active Card which appears as a credit in your Maybank Credit or Charge Card account(s). In the event your Card account has an overpayment at any given time, the overpayment would be used to offset any subsequent outstanding balance of that Card.

For cancellation of Maybank Credit or Charge Card(s) with an overpayment, the Bank shall proceed to transfer the overpaid amount through the following options:

- Transfer to your other valid Maybank Credit or Charge Card account(s);
- Transfer to your Maybank Savings or Current Account(s), excluding Joint Account and MAE Account;
- You may opt to sign-up for a new Maybank Card or Maybank Savings or Current Account and transfer the overpaid amount to the respective account; or
- In the event you do not have any other valid Maybank Credit or Charge Card account(s) or Maybank Savings or Current Account(s), please do advise us on the Savings or Current Account details of another bank that you wish to transfer the overpaid amount to.

if go ATM tekan, how will it be charged on the cash advance fee?

oh, the refund was actually from flight ticket purchase, which was cancelled. Previously used the AMEX to pay for the flight ticket.

now got the refund and need to get it back in cash hopefully...  hmm.gif
*
call CS and find out

tell them the reasons of the refunds from flight tickets cancellation.

Makes sense but because of MCO I do not really have any transactions going on, thus if I pay statement balance my outstanding balance would go negative?
*
pay from where? direct from m2u casa or from external banks?

which one is better to offset the SST? using TP or just pay RM50 for both cards? Let say i choose to use my TP, how to do that? Sorry noob question.
*
call CS to redeem tp for sst.

tp already earned. subjective to your preference in redemption for other stuffs like airmiles,vouchers, etc

pay sst is your money immediately you gotta fork out.

omg, maybank has no cashback for shopee pay, and shopee is so emphasis on shopee pay.
Maybank thumb down.. took away points, utilities, government bodies, and even online shopping now.
*
"shopee is so emphasis on shopee pay" has nothing to do with Maybank. doh.gif

shopee runs their own business. Maybank run its own.

Can we get the 5% rebate if we pay Maxis/Digi bill via M2U Bill Payment by using AMEX during the weekend ?
*
learn to read the T&C.

unless your payment is part of the exclusion, then you'd get cashback.

want ask .

allianz medical card + life  ,can pay thru MAYBANK payee?

can get cashback (amex) + 5x TP ?

Thanks
*
have you checked your M2U whether Allianz life and medical insurance are available as the payee?

have you read the T&Cs (cashback and treatspoints) of m2c amex? is the T&C stated you can get cashback + 5X TP (assuming payment is today)?

Naniiii, means for an example, if my credit limit is 10000, when i use amex for petrol, will deduct 200 from 10 000? So that month's credit limit only left with 9800?  confused.gif

what if i pump twice per month using amex? rclxub.gif

TIA for your reply boss
*
this is temporary deduction (reservation). NOT PERMANENT DEDUCTION.

you have RM10k limit, reservation of rm200 is negligible.

Once actual pump amount is determined, this amount will be charged to the card. cashback is awarded based on this final amount, NOT the rservation amount.
