Can anyone pay Celcom bill via maybank2u portal with Amex card? i tried mine but it prompts error saying not allowed.

Yes, can use QR pay with Maybank CC and eligible for cashback on weekends. I'm assuming you are referring to AMEX card?
But please bear in mind that in order to use QR Pay with CC, merchant need to SCAN your QR code. If you scan merchant's QR code, then can't use QR pay with CC. If that's the case, you can use QR pay with MAE instead. You can use MAE even if you don't have Maybank saving account.

Read T&C first. (clause 2c and 2f)
Even you can use Amex, you won't get RM5.

Since last week when I bought a Shopee voucher, but I still used Digi credit to pay (as I could top up Digi with >10% discount or FOC from Shopee Garden).

For my case, I have use Amex with Foodpanda quite many times already and it's a bit tricky. It will always prompt Payment Failed error on first attempt. Spamming the place order button will always failed too.

But I learned to make it work with the steps as follows:

1) Go to your cart and tap the "Place your order" button
2) Payment Failed error will show after the first attempt (usually)
3) Choose to change payment method
4) Edit the entered Amex details but only when the details on the form become incomplete like the photo below. (This is the most important part)



Notice the Name and CVC went missing and the card number only 4 digits. If it still showing your full card details, go back to step #1

5) After you reenter your card details, then tap the Continue button to return back to your cart
6) Try to place the order again. Usually it will work and if it not you may repeat the step above

But again this is for my case but you may give it a try and give some feedback 

Manage to use MYB AmEx on first try on FoodPanda. Maybe I’m lucky? It did prompt for a TAC.

However, reload to ShopeePay sure no cash back and without ShopeePay payment, most of the shipping vouchers cannot be applied.

Most likely it will, just a normal payment. Take Grab as example.

Well, I don't see any direct bill payment via Grab. Regardless, if you link from third party site and use Grab to make payment, you will need GrabPay. MBB doesn't give cash back or TP for GrabPay reloads.

If Shopee, you can pay directly with AmEx and should earn weekend cash back if transact on weekends.

This is my understanding.

Unfortunately, I don't have it in my Grab. I used to have when it was first rolled out and have not seen it anymore.
If you try it out, I believe it only accepts GrabPay as payment method.

M2 Amex -  Shopee Bill payment / mobile reload.

If successfully completed the payment on 28/11 & 29/11, the weekend CB is already credited on 1/12.

Direct payment only works for Grab rides and GrabFood, those will entitle for cash back.

M2 Visa/MasterCard don't give cashback to any transactions.
Not sure if Setel accept Amex now.

But most likely you will get weekend cashback if you use M2 Amex to pay Shopee for Setel RM7/RM50/RM100 credit at Setel.OS but RM50/100 won't always appear on Saturday/Sunday.
(good news is... 12/12/20 is Saturday)

I surprised to find AMEX payment on Foodpanda last Sunday. So I gave it a try.
Sad part is that the transaction doesn't entitled cashback even the date is on 29th Nov.

I wonder why coz mostly I do groceries shopping even late Sunday night, it still entitled cashback.

Big days only eg 9/9, 10/10, 11/11. Most likely it will be back on 12/12 . Flash Sale at RM93 more or less, for Setel RM98 (valid till **/5/21 for 11/11 batch) + RM2 (valid till **/12/20 for 11/11 batch).

but paywave on amex not accepted on most terminals so still have to use PIN... T_T

Where can you pay?
I had been using M2 Amex since 2011, paying GE insurance >10 years.
