QUOTE(chenhui87 @ Jun 19 2019, 08:43 AM) just to confirm, for CB, topup RM1000 on 6th or 7th July, that's it....end story, you will enjoy one last RM50 cb... The CB calculation is from 1st day of the month to the end of the month right? It is not follow to our statement date. since new CB regulation effective from 7th/jul, we have 7 days to maxed up CB by top up boost using AMEX right? |

QUOTE(ben_ang @ Jun 19 2019, 11:25 AM) yep, no more cashback. To be more precise...Amex, back to legit spending.. revert back like when no grabpay, touch n go, boost, bigpay lo. in my case, only used it for fuel, unifi payment and groceries last time. Used to spend on eat/bill/shopping...and get the max cb b4 the ewallet thingy come in... when ewallet in..basically all cc cb is free money for me...XD haha...i basically spend less even thought i swipe my cc like crazy on bp n boost. Now have to plan to hit RM1000 spending on REAL spending already. This post has been edited by avinlim: Jun 19 2019, 11:34 AM |

Why bother to know the exclusion list of e-wallet?
when the time come...reload in test one by one see we still get rewards o not. Real time experiment is more challenging. haha.. |

QUOTE(seiryuu89 @ Jun 25 2019, 05:49 PM) hi there, currently thinking on applying this card, but have some questions unclear in mind, please help on the questions below, i'll be really appreciate your kindness help: 1. Maybank yes, your spending on each individual cards will appear individually, but share a combine credit limit.1) 2 cards mean both cards spending will be accumulated under one total counting is it? 2) the annual fee for both cards are totally waived for life time? or is it conditionally waived? or maybe for a card..? 3) does the 5% weekend cash back include with the petrol charges? Means if i refill RM50 petrol on weekend, does it offer a Rm2.50 discount on the bill? 4) does the 5% weekend cash back include utilities payment? which means the TNB, Unifi, Telco charges? 5) let say if i purchase an iphone from switch with monthly installments up to 24 months, and does the monthly installments consider as monthly minimum expenses? If I clear the payment by weekend, any chance to have 5% weekend rebate on the monthly installments? 6) If i have on-going car loan, is it possible to switch the payment of the loan to the payment of this credit card, and at the same time to get the 5% weekend cash back? thanks for the help hope my questions doesnt sound stupid, im new to credit card 2. Maybank 2 cards ANNUAL FEE is free for life. SST RM25/card/year. Compulsory to pay or offset by T points. 3. 5% include petrol. Refill RM50 on weekend, you still pay RM50, rebate of card RM2.50 comes later on following month. 4. Utilities : TNB / Water - no cb. NON-utilities : Unifi, telco got cash back. 5. Purchase iphone with installment, will base on your 1st transaction date and rewards/point given base on your 1 swipe date. If you swipe RM5000 on weekend, you get RM50 cb(5% cap RM50), if you swipe on weekdays, you get 5000x5 tp. No rewards will be given after that for installment plan, e.g. you pay RM416 every month, no rewards. 6. There is no car/house loan than can be paid by credit card so far in Malaysia. Let us know if u find one. |

QUOTE(persona93 @ Jun 26 2019, 11:06 AM) so before 26/7 i must pay 684.98 (6/6 - 26/6 transaction) and lets say i spent 500 (27/6 - 26/7), i need to pay the 500 before 26/8 and the cycle goes so on so forth right? ![]() take ur these example la... Statement balance = RM360.95 Outstanding balance = RM637.23 You must pay RM360.95 before your due date on that month, thats it. OB is the total u use on your card. When u pay any amount, your OB will reduce. When you use ur cc, your OB will increase. |
