It was 12-month installment... See the code "EC-E12 : 012/012"... The M1 & ZenFone 3 Zoom are 6 months installment, hence, the code is "004/006" ... Edy 4th installment payment...

I won't buy full credit for sure... Since there's no interest imposed to the installment plan, better save cash per month for other need(s)... Remember I got 12 kids to feed maaaa...

If iPhone "R"etarded is priced at RM3,599.00, get ready to clear our credit card balance, or else the installment won't go thru (depending on the credit limit laaaa.....)

Dunno if you guys have noticed it but sound quality has improved tremendously with 327. I used to carry around my old Z2 for superb bluetooth music quality. A few days ago, I decided to give the M1 another go and was astounded!

It's about on par with Z2's or better in some aspects (still needs some refinement, though). Of course, the Z2's output isn't anything to shout about but its more than adequate for me - with the right headset.

Now, I even get to use bass boost with my (cracked) Blackplayer EX on M1 - previously unavailable with the earlier firmware. There seems to be a slight improvement in speaker sound quality as well but I'm not too sure about that. Will try out MusicFX equalizer again.

Not sure about the sound quality but I've been experiencing a bug whereby my notifications are muted. It's only happening intermittently though. Will restart the phone at the end of the day and see.

Hmm...that's a bit weird. Might be a good idea to check out the notification status of the relevant apps, first. Might also be a good idea to see what the notification status on Android System is/are.

They might have gone off spec for some reason, Android being what it is.

Ya, I've checked. It's mainly happening to WhatsApp. Might need to reset the settings and see.

Ans: I wasn't able to test that but, the official team has confirmed me that it supports Bluetooth 5.0. But, then several website listings of several countries differ on this point so, what I figured out is that, international market wise there are two varinats of the Zenfone Max Pro (M1) which are called the ZB601KL & ZB602KL respectively. The ZB601KL supports Bluetooth 4.2 and the ZB602KL supports Bluetooth 5.0. The review unit I got was for the Indian market & the box clearly mentioned that it was a ZB602KL. So, here it is definitely Bluetooth 5.0.'
