Things started going downhill for ecommerce in Malaysia around the time GST was introduced. Since then, everything went from bad to worse. Not only online, but many brick mortar stores said biz has been the WORST.

Now even though no more GST, but SST is coming and there is no recovery. Nowadays I don't see any excitement or even much promos over MyCyberSale, for the past few years already.
