Do you think it is worth buying a Pr1ma service apartment unit at Kajang for long term stay?. The location is close proximity to MRT kajang (200 m), near Jalan Bukit. There will be three blocks in that location, one of the block is for Pr1ma (393 units, 30 level). The price is Rm343K for 950sqft. The develpper is MKH subsidiary.
Does anyone has says or opnion on this matter pertains to the price, location, developer, Pr1ma in general or any other things in context?.
ooh this one the Jalan Bukit Residents apposed... saw news yesterday... the residents are not consulted with... and this high density projects would make the Jam more worse during peak hours

With the RM100 unlimited monthly pass. This station is actually the most worth it one. And being the tail end station. Confirm can get seat to sit when you head out.

Okay, location wise and the facilities is good. 1. Freehold 2. Walking distance to the mrt line 1 and the KTM less than 700m. 3. Having ECRL station at Kajang is a plus point expecially your parent is living in the east coast. 4. Maintenance 0.20/psf as highligted by our friend above; andyclh.
But there is a few bad build quality from the developer. Need to beware on this. Also, possible the developer will only start the construction of its other condo (sit together with pr1ma kajang) after the completion of pr1ma, which will affect the noise.

The density is also high if combine all the condos.. seems very high density..
Yep, there will be another block b stand together with this pr1ma. Block c will be a entire new building.
Pr1ma is 396 unit so probably block b will be also around that numbers. Total = 800 - 850 unit.
Last time there was a facebook page complaine about the developer. Seem cant find it thought but very worth the check. Paip leak, ironmongeries cant open, design flaws (rain water slip inside the corridor), no electric for 2 days. This happen during 1 to 2 years after VP. But maybe is the contractor problem instead of the developer, need to dig further.

KTM/MRT just infront of this project.. walking distance less than 50m..just across Jalan Bukit..
But Jalan Bukit is a heavily jam area.. MKH quality also soso..
Adakah RESIDENSI WILAYAH boleh disewakan? Syarat larangan sewaan tidak lagi diletakkan sebagai syarat permohonan RESIDENSI WILAYAH. Justeru, pihak Kementerian tiada halangan untuk pemilik menyewakan unit mereka tetapi hendaklah terhad kepada warganegara Malaysia sahaja. Walau bagaimanapun, Kementerian ingin mengingatkan bahawa perkara ini mungkin berbeza dengan kehendak Perbadanan Pengurusan (MC) kediaman tuan apabila ditubuhkan kelak.
