Why agent in Lavile keep telling me it's cancelled and not approve ???  I am so concern. Can anyone give me trusted source ?  So out of sudden this project is on again ?  Where is the sales office ?

Well, just called their office. The launching for this weekend is Arena not Mira.

This project has refresh my perspective of usage on land and space, this is a next level craziness.
Even HK can't be so."creative" to fit in such development.

because lavile never give up suing them... hahahaha

yea.... but they sue of the change of usage in land... and its too near to their condo to be consider as comfort level... of course... its just to protect their self interest... someone launch 700psf beside them... gonna mean bad biz to them...

Laville when launching time never mention that Mira gonna be beside.
