In 3 years there are many choices for tenants here... For higher end can choose SVTwo, Lavile. for middle end can go for Parc3, Amaya and Mira and for lower end budget.. You always have condo like Warisan, Vertica, Alamanda etc... Vertica itself... Going to add another 3,600 units of 3 and 4 bedrooms.

Even poultry has many choices (and budget).

Even signature tower, did TRX sign anchor tenants already? PTT from day one already secured Petronas which literally took one tower up.

TRX will take few more years before can fill up their buildings. The same applies to PNB118.

It is amazing to see Malaysia keep building all these office towers

Frankly... Only lousy condos in lousy location do subdivide.

Did you see a lot of condos in Mont Kiara and Bangsar doing subdivide? Cannot say this for Kiara 163...

Anyway, the selfish owners are doing subdivide at the expense of other owners in strata development.

Frankly to build a pedestrian gate is not an issue. Even if developer does not want to provide, it can be built later.

However the more pressing concern is why developer is not willing to provide it? I recall there was a restaurant (or a mamak) Is the land is part of Mira or a private land?
