In 3 years there are many choices for tenants here... For higher end can choose SVTwo, Lavile. for middle end can go for Parc3, Amaya and Mira and for lower end budget.. You always have condo like Warisan, Vertica, Alamanda etc... Vertica itself... Going to add another 3,600 units of 3 and 4 bedrooms.

Frankly... Only lousy condos in lousy location do subdivide.
Did you see a lot of condos in Mont Kiara and Bangsar doing subdivide? Cannot say this for Kiara 163... Anyway, the selfish owners are doing subdivide at the expense of other owners in strata development. |
