They go wayang paint the top portion of the rebar, but bottom all soaking in water for years unprotected. Today they continue painting the top portion only. Wait till they pump water out u can see the amount of rebar soaking in water.

What to do, guess they no study properly back then, no understand tu Osmosis process ☺️

Alternatively, they trying to pull a fast one via cosmetics and hoping that the architect and buyers are idiots 😑

U can see the staff doing painting at the tip of rebar which is useless when foundation soaking in pool.

Water level drop by around 1m after pump out. U can see what is below. Top right water level still can go like 3m down.

You can see their painting from yesterday at tip of rebar top.

As if they care, better to ask your lawyer to write in to the architect and cc the authorities for structural test results by independent qualified consultants ☺️

I believe they only started this paint job after some of their buyers highlighted to them about their concerns when this was brought up 😑
