Not worth getting b16a auto then plonk in type r gearbox. Not only you waste money, the power you gain is tiny. Not worth the money. Unless you say b16a manual then its a different story. Rather you save money for manual or wait longer then get b16b. AUto b16 engines are a joke IMHO.

EDIT: ok you posted 1st before i reply.  Then better you wait until you save enough money the do the convert. Seriously, auto...you wont get the kick at all.

mine is also from EG9 chassis.

its direct plug n play into my ek chassis.

my mech didnt mention or saw any mods on my chsasis to fit the b16a inside.

ehm.. mine was already converted when i got it.

but from wat i see the, the b16a series engine seems to be the same. jst use back the ek mountings.

fuel pump, mine should be using the eg9 fuel pump, 1 set came together with the halfcut.

ehh.. the half cut was purchsae n installed into the EK b4 i got it. so i wont know how much.

but so far.. no problem.
