Y wanna get SHimano rimset? Since u already got your hub, just go for a new rim will do. I wouldn't recommend Shimano.

Well, frm my personal experience n advice frm other bike mechanic....usually if i go off road trail riding, i'll pump around 28psi using Panaracer FireXC 2.1. The lower psi pressure the better grip on those loose or soggy soil. You'll climb better n more grip when goin uphill without losing much traction. But you have to do some psi testing before you get it right for your bike. I dunno, 28psi and I'm weighing about 85KG is just right for my offroad riding.

If onroad riding, i'll be using my Specialized 1.0x26 pumping to 60-65psi. As I said, you haf to experiment ur tyre psi pressure yourself which suites you more on n off riding.
