Revelation and Talas i guess would be geared more to the AM while Vailla is geared to the XC side.
Vanilla's fixed travel is at 140mm (discs only) but the Talas and revelation goes higher from 100 - 160mm for Talas (36 series), 100 - 140mm for Talas (30 series) and 100 - 130mm for Revelation. Vanilla only comes in coil flavour (32 series) while Revelation and Talas comes only in air flavour That should sum it up! *Note: Travels could be wrong This post has been edited by me0wSter: Jun 14 2007, 10:10 PM |

Yup, just updated the posts
But again for 'Musang', the 30, 36, 40 numbers bluntly tell what the forks are meant for! Hahaha. Rite? Do you know what my NRS max fork length would be? This post has been edited by me0wSter: Jun 14 2007, 10:12 PM |

Good or no good is not the question.. The question is that are u willing to lock yourself to Shimano disc brakes?

Its not about the performance.. It's about the interchangability from one brand to another.
If you use Shimano disc brakes, means you have to use thier hubs which are different from other brands. Added on June 18, 2007, 2:52 pmDifferent as in design of the hubs.. This post has been edited by me0wSter: Jun 18 2007, 02:52 PM |
