i wish i cud help out but never had experience with hydraulics.
QUOTE(Andy Lo @ Jun 20 2007, 11:41 PM) Haha... Dun la... Later tonight Meow cannot sleep. Haha... Does anyone know how much does the brake hose cost compatible with Deore rear disc brakes? Mine is leaking oil from the side... And is the case 'too much mineral oil' case common? I think my front brake has too much cause when I fixed in a worned out pad, the lever operates smoothly, but when I fixed a brand new pad, the lever feels kinda soggy and 'not smooth'. (I did adjust the screw for the lever limit to make them bot at equal length when pressed. This doesn't affect anything). Hope you guys can understand what i'm trying to describe. Please help wit my problem, especially the second onw that has been bugging me for d past 1 year! Thanks.... |

gravity tires are okay for both on and off road but more to off road type of tyre. if you're more for ON road, don't buy tires like gravity or minion.

2.3 is still a 2.3 only that the knobs on the tire makes it look smaller or bigger. like my 1.95 looks like a 2.1 so u get wat i mean rite?
QUOTE(theodore_kh @ Jul 14 2007, 08:09 PM) You know, the Hutchinson BullDog tires are stated 2.3 x 26 on the sidewalls, are they actually 2.3 or 2.1 tires? been there done that too. They look like 2.1 just that the sides are rounded so it seems much bigger compare to panaracer 2.1 QUOTE(Nightstalker1993 @ Jul 14 2007, 08:15 PM) did not buy the Tioga Blue Dragon as there was only one(1) left lol... the bike park is completed but not the whole place. it'll be charged at rm3 per entrance.bought a pair of Continental Vertical instead and went to the still under construction park at Shah alam which includes a dirt jump track(where i was playing for 3 hours lol),a rock climbing wall and a bmx/rollerblade/skateboard track hehe... and destroyed my cheap rm15 Alluminium pedals in the process and came back with a body full of muscle cramp went there via bike from SS14 using the highway and went back with fren's bro's car lol... oh...and i lost ard 4-5kg just in that 1 trip if i do this every week i think i can reach 70kg by the end of this yr QUOTE(Nightstalker1993 @ Jul 15 2007, 03:18 PM) the dirt jump track is empty but the BMX park was full of BMX bikers and skateboarders yea its full of stones but not pebbles... and the place is not completed yet... but every1 still goes there.. i heard that once it opens which will be ard nx yr they would charge u ard rm5-10 which i think its a nice price hehe... |

hey antonio, only been seing you in musician forum. tehehe. MTB isn't a richman's sport. When it comes to rm10k bikes it means ure serious into mtbing for ur hobby. take me for an example. i bought a cheap bike 1st at around rm450. it's a rockbike. it's okay for a while but then u started to want to upgrade. so i buy another bike buy parts by parts. slowly. most of them are second hands. Now the total of my 2nd bike is around rm1k. it's better actually for u 2 buy a bike straightaway as a whole unless you don't have d bux like me aka student life. but i know you can go further. come on look at ur guitar collections man.
before anything measure ur size for the frame! QUOTE(antonio @ Jul 16 2007, 09:07 PM) I got one question, is mountain biking a richman's sport? If not why in the 1st page links to shops, the prices for 1 bike can go up to RM10,000?? i just don't get it...i wanted to get me one for legs and cardio training, and with a price tag like that, the only way i'm gonna do my training is just by jogging in the park.... |
