Aeon ewallet is another big failure. I thought I'm going to reload and use it since it can be used with their cash only counter. However once reload, the amount wouldn't show in the app. They dared to deduct your cash from your account but was unable to update your ewallet at the same time. End up still pay with cash. BNM should really regulate ewallet so that everyone who wish to join should at the very least have satisfactory service or else just revoke their licence.

It is time for ewallet providers to implement two funds in each account. Each reload shall be split 50-50 into both funds, one is withdraw-able and the other is non- withdraw aka credit. Really hate it when abuser are taking everything and everyone else ended losing out.
Maybe wechat has foreseen everything and stick to their debit card policy for top up.

The government should do something about the abundance of e- wallet. There's just too many of them. Should just regulate the whole thing and only let a couple of them in the market.
