For those who Payfy account, did you manage to get a refund? I was not able to withdraw my balance and my money is still stuck inside. I have requested for a refund but I did not get anything until today. The worst thing is the app is no longer accessible to me.

Anyone received the money for the refund? I submitted the request. Money was deducted from my wallet but still not reflected in my bank account.
