I think most users having GPS seem to be related more to u mobile? I used either CELCOM or Digi on mine

Basically if one buys directly from importer the warranty risk is always there. As long as he is prepared for this risk just buy. If everyone weighs the con seriously, these importers can close shop. I had been buying such phones for past 8 years and mentally is prepared for the worst scenario. I always said DON'T buy if one is not prepared for the warranty issues. I had bought phones even directly from UK n USA while China, HK and Taiwan is common.

Based on my previous experience using various XM phones just use back original mi iD and everything is auto done. No need to wait

However there is plenty of doubts especially fast charging isn't good for the battery. It will degrade faster. True or not there isn't any proof yet. Anyway besides initial testing, I had refrained from using those Oppo fast charging, VOCC charging. The normal QC2.0 is sufficiently good enough for me

Do you know how much Qualcomm charge for it's QC licence?? Company pricing will depend too on other factors too - marketing costs, production costs, QA costs etc. We don't know how they weighed these in their pricing strategy. You consider QC4 as important feature but does the manufacturer think similarly as you ?? I assumed you could still be studying and had zero experience in manufacturing??
