POCO puts TWS earbuds into development
It seems that just about every smartphone manufacturer is making true-wireless stereo (TWS) earbuds these days, whether it be Apple, Google, Huawei, Samsung or Xiaomi. Now, POCO is getting in on the act.
Citing consumer demand as the reason to release TWS earbuds, POCO confirmed on Twitter that the earbuds are already in development. According to the tweet, the earbuds are coming to India, meaning that they may well be India-exclusives.
On the one hand, the news has excited POCO fans. Numerous people have been tweeting their appreciation of POCO listening to the community, along with their anticipation of being able to purchase POCO TWS earbuds. On the other hand, some people are speculating that these will be POCO-branded Xiaomi Mi AirDots, in the same way that the POCO X2 was a re-branded Redmi K30.
Either way, the POCO TWS earbuds will likely offer decent value for money, as seems to be the case with all POCO devices. Expect aptX and Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity, along with claims of the earbuds offering excellent battery life.
