OTHERS: No need RGB. Prefer quiet build but not necessary.

I'm afraid not bro. 2K budget too low to get a decent PC with monitor. You need to spend a bit to get good parts especially when you want to do video editing & gaming.

There are computer shops that say can can but ultimately they will just give you inferior parts.

What would be the minimum budget without monitor?
I wont be doing video editing, just some photo editing and designing with AI as hobby.. gaming also not priority as of now..

Not really, but if possible do you have any 1600x900 hdmi/dp monitor in stock?
Edit: I forgot to mention that I'll be using GTX 1050 ti later.

The lowest resolution that we have is 1366x768 & 1920x1080. 1600x900 don't have I'm afraid
