Hi please advice for my new pc..
Primary purpose: office use, online, videos/movies, torrenting
Secondary purpose: AI & PS
Tertiary purpose: old style game like cs and fifa

CPU: no preference intel or amd
GPU: no idea
MOBO: b450? Diy and upgrade friendly
RAM: 8gb (plan to upgrade later)
SSD: 240gb
HDD: reuse my old hdd
PSU: adequate
CASE: any
MONITOR: 22-24 inch.. used monitor also ok..
Others: No need RGB and fancy colorful rig.. and if possible want the setup to be easily upgradeable in terms of compatibility.

What would be the minimum budget without monitor?
I wont be doing video editing, just some photo editing and designing with AI as hobby.. gaming also not priority as of now..
