What you should do is complain to Grab that particular booking was not paid, not trying to find that passenger guy. Because whoever book the trip should shoulder the responsibility. You could still try the police report as suggested above though, but you have no details about the guy hence no way you can trace him.
at most the security guard get ban only. what else can do if the culprit used other people phone to book.
