lets talk about those malls which are so run down and empty that is on the verge of becoming a ghost mall. and give your reason why you say that. i start first.

jalan ipoh, mutiara mall.

it has its glory days. but those days are now long past. i think more than half the shops inside the mall already vacant. even lower ground floor many shoplots that sell more affordable meals also close down already.



honorary mention:
kompleks desa kepong. another mall long past its glory days. conditions is more or less at par with mutiara mall. walk in there and you will mistake you enter the mall too early in the morning since most shops are closed and lighting is dark.

Mutiara kompleks if not mistaken got offices in it too, so probably can still survive.

Damn, that komples desa kepong used to be Fajar no? And used to have fun fair next to it...

Yup, lepak while waiting parent / bus.
Somemore next to it got SMP, also many students.

Dead long time ago but not demolished yet. Few months ago the management covered it up with tin walls to prevent further graffiti and vandalism.
