Hey guys, wanted to consult you on what equipment should I be getting for home (not planning to go gym) if I want to do more cardio, and hopefully do something to strengthen my lower back. Previous chiropractors recommended brisk walking (with some stretching). Is a treadmill, elliptical or stationary bike better?

That's a good point! Or is there any other equipments you'd recommend for a diabetic with back lower back?

My work requires me to work very long hours in front of the computer, so once I hurt my back so bad, I was bed-ridden for 2 weeks. Now I've recovered but since then, my back sprains very easily, it's very fragile. But the main reason to get the equipments is really for cardio to help with my diabetic.

Ooh planking helps to strengthen core and back? So basically I could just do planking and rope-skipping?
