Any bank which tells their CS to lie to customers is asking for trouble. You think banks operate like some kedai runcit can saja-saja hide what they do?

It's not in their interest to lie for small fry reasons like this. Likely to just be a mistake (new staff or something).

I received weeks 6-9 full RM50 on two different principles. BP reloads done almost immediately after one another. Supp cards used, as well as non-principle card (Quantum Visa).

Quite obviously there's something the matter with PBB system, hopefully they will identify and fix. Interesting theories people come up with here, but so far I think all also disproven. My own theory is that there's an 'id number' each account has, and someone mistakenly sorted using this ID number rather than time of transaction, which is why we don't see anyone getting on Tuesday, but even Monday evening seems to have a few been able to get.

And those who swipe RM50xN times for paying bills in previous promo are 'real spenders' eh?

PBB objective is for people to use their cards a lot. As long as people are doing that, objective achieved. Unless people reloading BigPay somehow reduces the total amount spent by their customers (unlikely, since what I see is that most reloading BigPay here are swiping MORE than what they would normally swipe, and it doesn't seem that this would affect other customers who aren't reloading BigPay).

Definitely not, as I have 2 principles (with supps) that only swipe BigPay and gotten all the way.

I think by now we've established that there's a problem with PBB system,, since there's no observable pattern between all of us here in this thread. To list down (ALL THE BELOW PROVEN FALSE)

1. BP transactions problematic
2. Shopee transactions problematic
3. FCFS finish very early in the day
4. Earlier cardholders sapu all, so late applicants don't get
5. Supp swipes not counted
6. Must wait one minute each transaction
7. Only start counting in morning (not 12am)
8. Multiple swipes stopped getting counted

Not a single pattern observed so far. To me that indicates system problem (maybe someone sort Excel wrongly). Sorry for those who missed out, and definitely should ask PBB to explain AND escalate.

Just like every claim so far. People don't understand that their one data point (from their own spending) or even handful of data points from multiple cards isn't sufficient to make conclusions....

I have a wrong charge (seller issue) on my card, how to report/dispute?

Asking, but I wanted to ask PBB to hold it first. This is an overseas seller with no OTP. They used my 'saved card' because my preferred card was marked inactive by their system, without any prompting.

Anyone has experience before how refund works in terms of the cashback? I got a refund from a service payment I made (within same statement cycle), but as exchange rate changed the refund amount different from paid out amount, so it's NOT a cancellation of the transaction but a credit to my account.

Does that mean I will be getting cashback for the transaction or not? It's confirmed to be online from previous same transaction I made.

Got Week 12 and 13 on one principal, Week 12 only on another principal. The W13 I didn't get was swiped about noon. Will be calling PBB tomorrow to check, but suspect that's the cut-off point nowadays.

Wah 10am also no more? Can get specific time from your OTP? Mine last swipe 12.37pm, did not get.

Not worth it for a financial institute to do that. Just need one unhappy employee or curious auditor and it can become big issue. These amounts aren't very big for banks.


Doesn't shopee still use a GMT 0 server? Then it's actually better, since your 12 noon swipe would be registered as 4am (beating the guy who swipes at 7am). Of course I think shopee now changed to local gateway di, last I checked.

People above you (including myself) all reporting 12 pm transaction didn't get, don't put too much hope on 7pm =)

Not true, cutoff for Week 13 was definitely before 11am (see previous page reports).

Received my Week 14 for both primary cards, around 9am last swipe.

My week 13 was latest ever (12.37) and did not get, then my week 14 was second latest (9+am). Remaining weeks all about 9 or earlier, so hopefully safe.

Hope to see your report when W16 comes out, so we have a good estimate. At first I planned to call PBB to double-check W13, but seeing the reports here I think don't waste my time and credit la.

They will credit to the CC number you used to register. My wife for previous campaign received to quantum visa, this campaign received to Master. Just which card you choose to type into sms

And also defeats the purpose of CREDIT card.

So far the appeal successful is because of system problem, they all know someone got CB who swiped after them.

Your case highly unlikely to get. This isn't about 'mercy', it's just following TnC.

Historically even within same minute doesn't disqualify. As long as you wait for OTP, type, wait for pages to load etc. no need to worry.
