i'm wondering how many people they charged SST for Aug anniversary date and i think most of them just given them without any questioning...
this is very bad bank...
hlb didn't even charge me in the same Sep statement and clearly stated the annual fee on August and reversed but PBB but everything on the statement date...

i think PBB use the system on first come first serve SMS registered, you can see some after 9am monday also got RM50 but some 8am monday can't get or only partial RM15...
Means that whoever registered late, you need to wait for the quota not taken up by those registered earlier during the start of the campaign...
I'm not sure why this happen but if what i guess is correct, then it should well explain the scenario above...

PBB is individual, they charge my VS which expired on Aug on this month statement but got reversed because not chargeable yet.
my others PBB cards are on April which they didn't charge at all yet.

for those who unable to get CB for WK6-9, what is your transaction?
8 X RM60 or 8 X RM50?
remember only RM60 qualified.

i think unifi mobile also under utilities because under the name unifi from TM...
even though digi/maxis broadband also qualify as telco

i already told you all, if my theory is correct, those who register first during the start of the campaign, they will monitor the transaction of those until going down to the full cap RM30k. i don't think they follow on the transaction date, means for those who register first, always got the advantage to get the CB even though he did the transaction on Sunday.

nope, that's nonsense from that CS, send in the email for senior CS reply
anniversary month on Aug 2018 is still not yet implemented SST, therefore the statement on Sep cannot be charged
a lot of us already reversed due to this reason, please check with others CS
