general answer: no

specific answer: depending on MCC. some watson's are using Departmental MCC, hence captured by QV as Departmental and eligible for cashback.

not enough info.

1) how many reloads you actually did? 10 times or 12 times? were there reload failures/timeout observed that you didnt mention here?

2) all 12 transactions captured by pbb showing bigpay?

3) if 12 times, then PBB info is correct. BP didnt capture 2 reloads. complaint to BP to investigate the 2 missing reloads.

4) if 10 times, then PBB info is still correct because it correctly captured 2 additional transactions triggered from BP. <-- still complaint to BP because additional/erroneous reloads were triggered to charge your PBB card. since PBB captured and posted it, that means authorization was successful (i.e. with SMS OTP), captured and sent for settlement (aka posted).

this is tricky and subjective, depends on HOW you use the app during reload. only you know yourself how did you perform the reloads and whether you monitor your reloads (successful or failed).

essentially, your ALL your bp reloads are eligible for cb. just that the cb is capped to rm30.

it's not like pbb stop counting once you've reached rm30 cb, then count the remaining for VIP instead.
