I personally don’t like the idea of topping up with BP and withdraw the cash just for the sake of getting the CB. But there’s no stopping that because that’s the feature BP is offering.

I personally topup to use the card for retail purchase. Also it’s a good card to consolidate all quota from different cards so I only need to bring one card out (although risky given sometimes BP may not work).

there is nothing normal or abnormal, before BP, many users using uobpayonline to make similar same multiple transaction and also they won't care.

i will see more people will join the ship to get BP and top up to get the benefit rather than crying like baby that BP users always get it while waiting for the result of complaint.
believe me, PBB and other banks are more than happy that more and more customer getting BP and applying their credit card to do the same and they are the one that make profit, they won't loose anything just because of few people who keep on insisting not to use BP and do transaction such as shopee etc.

btw i registered as soon as the WK26 of last campaign finished and got the sms for new campaign on 2 july while PBB still havn't announce spend more 4 now campaign.
not sure why some people don't get CB for the last few week but i believe they have reserve CB for some front runner and consistent customer.

i didn't get for WK10.
but will still reloading tonight with little expectation, if got then good, otherwise oh well.

i done all transactions via BP around 1am... still not getting anything.

try not to reload just after 12am, maybe try 6-8am, some bank use to practice after 6am then only open the gate for ATM such as affinbank.

I miss all week 6-10, normal shopee transaction some morning some at 7pm. No single BP transaction. However, my fren who did the same but manage to get rm15,Rm25 and RM15 for those weeks. I have yet to verified the time of transaction but mostly done after 12pm (either shopee or uob payonline or grocery)

interesting. seems like you’re a legit non-BP case that didn’t get the cashback.

A friend reported to me that his Maxis and Astro swipes (no BP at all) also did not get CB for Weeks 7 and 9. Swipes done at 7-9am, and he is also a long time regular PBB promo participant like me. First time he has ever experienced missing swipes in all his years.

To be honest, if without BP, I would have swiped for those two merchants also, which was what I did in the previous promos and gotten cashback as well.

Appealed on 3/10 bout missing cashback on week 9 and received RM50 today. FYI, all my transactions were done between 12.01am and 1am

Finally I get back all my missing five week cash back in one shot.
