Yes I see the same trend in mine.
Wk 6 and wk 7, OTP SMS generated from 66300 received full cashback, I only made 3*60 each week and received RM15 for both weeks respectively.
Wk 8 didn't use the cards.
Wk 9 OTP SMS generated from 68886 zero cash back 

My new (other) theory could be if they suddenly changed their approach to split transactions.


Did anyone do all their transactions consecutively on one card, and all within a short period of time (e.g. minutes between first and last)? If so, did you receive cashback?

I received cashback, but my transactions were across different principals and supps, so no issue of split transactions.

I dun discount the possibilities of error since they rushed to release the cashbacks from week 6 to 9

called them ytd for week8, and CS returned called saying that my last tx was captured at 10+pm, but in fact, i did them around 12am+. so he asked me to send email with OTP as proof. Guess, have to wait few days for the checking. I emailed them the screen capture of my transactions with card number as well, for both week8 and 9. I have few cards, just to make sure they know where to check my tx.

Even I didn't get CB for W7&8 (my tx completed by 8am) I won't complain or appeal, just send an email to inform PB Card Centre the process was defective and ask them to check properly in future.

But I agree Bigpay shall be excluded from next game, as it is not really fair to the real spenders.

Doesn't really matter to me whether BP is allowed or not allowed in the future. We've been enjoying these swipe campaigns for many many years. No matter what conditions they impose, its not that difficult to fulfil with some effort and sharing of strategy in this thread. Over the years I've seen the same forummers receive almost 100% hit rate every time, no matter what the campaign terms are.

For now, enjoy this easier BP way while it lasts rather than second guessing the future.

True, to me, with combination of PBB card feature and spend more campaign with BigPay , I top up every week to BigPay n use bigpay for all my spending.. I would said use the card as normal/ actual spending rather than withdraw it for the sake of cashback.. withdrawal should be happened only if u really in need of cash in Malaysia or only withdraw at oversea for cash use in that country.. Treat BigPay as credit card, n treat BigPay withdrawal as cash advance.. then u will not simply withdraw..

I’m just a real user and I don mind keep the fund in BigPay for my future usage.. but, I really hope this can continue and ppl don’t just top up n withdraw which ended up the good feature is being remove/ revised to cover the “loss”..

I miss all week 6-10, normal shopee transaction some morning some at 7pm. No single BP transaction. However, my fren who did the same but manage to get rm15,Rm25 and RM15 for those weeks. I have yet to verified the time of transaction but mostly done after 12pm (either shopee or uob payonline or grocery)

A friend reported to me that his Maxis and Astro swipes (no BP at all) also did not get CB for Weeks 7 and 9. Swipes done at 7-9am, and he is also a long time regular PBB promo participant like me. First time he has ever experienced missing swipes in all his years.

Another successful appeal by email for my wife. Cash back in today.
