I felt like the IVR is kinda delayed in status updates. Last time I just talked to their CS to inquire on my "the latest latest application status" directly even tho my status replied from the IVR was still "pending for documentation".

Proceed to be informed that my application was unsuccessful. Dropped them an appeal email right after that. laugh.gif But I did not cc BNM for my case.

Say I've just swiped RM 3000+ for new phone with my Quantum Visa, I can now convert it 12 months instalment to flexipay with 0% upfront and interest fees? Am I getting it right?

Yea I just called to CS to convert my latest big purchase to flexipay 12 months. At first the CS was offering 6 months 0% interest but then I asked her isn’t quantum card offering 12 months 0% ? Then she processed it to 12 months conversion for me. All done within minutes. *thumbs up* thanks sifus

Btw is there any notification like an SMS for successful flexipay conversion prior to our statement date ?

The amount posted is only showing the full amount that I purchased in unbuckled transaction instead of the installment amount. Guess I’ll call CS again tomorrow if still not receiving the sms.

Update: just called another CS for flexipay request and instantly received the sms:
RM0.00 PBB card txn at PLACE for RM3xxxx has been converted to 12 months instalment @.00%

Faced the same situation as well. OTP keyed in but showed error for topping up. But then the amount is credited later into the well loved prepaid card.

Usually how long does it takes for PBE to update the unbilled transaction from full amount to flexipay installment after receiving the sms?

Just called PB Cs again for checking, she said will update again for me and I received another confirmation sms again lol. And told me to expect updates in my online account later and my next statement. Shall check again tomorrow for a peace of mind else have to fork out almost 4000 at one go lol.

Last time when I opted to collect my credit card at branch I called everyday until they recognized me and told me will give me a call once the card arrived at branch tongue.gif Not sure if they will actively call their customer had me not bugging them every 24 hrs. But then I did received an sms from PBB informing me to collect my card at the branch but that was 2 weeks after I've collected it doh.gif doh.gif Not systematically efficient i guess.

This might be OT but I'm receiving such call due to PB Credit Cards. Have you guys ever received calls from PB that selling you insurance policy from AIA? This CS is hard selling her policy while trying to make so called "pendaftaran mudah atas talian" on behalf of me without my consent. I only able hung her up after 30 minutes of listening her speech... But I did ended up giving her my house address, does it matter anything?
