Is facial extraction a must for acne treatment?, Anyone have experience?

Greetings.
Today I just consult with a beauty center doctor for my acne treatment. I got some accutane and antibiotics from the doctor. He told me that facial extraction (RM80 per week) and facial peeling (RM280 per month) is a MUST. Is it true that acne wont clear completely without facial extraction and peeling (because I never seen any info that says facial extraction and peeling is a MUST for acne treatment, and it is soooo expensive  ), or he just want to earn more money? |
