Based on last TQ campaign, Menjalara condo here, it takes TM 1 month for the upgrade to reach me. Hope its faster this time

once a while I am still bugging TM,
their response today to change my RM179 50mbs package to 30mbs still not perpetual. No new equip, I better just register a new acc.
"
if you want to downgrade to our promo price package RM139 30mbps. the price of Rm139 only valid for 2 years. after that, the price will be increase to RM179. the contract also renew to two years."
Anyone has a direct email to the agent that help you change to RM139 perpetual?

My second bugging of TM this week,
Live chat them, they refer me to sales team at call 100, which refers me to email team.
I am asking for 100Mbs, Ultimate pack, STD20 free calls at RM159, like one of the bro here after removing Varnam pack.
Will update if it work. I doubt as I have been bugging them weekly since July, even visited TM Store
