Pilot phase meant result not confirmed yet. They still need do testing.

Just ignore and wait few years they need upgrade all their hardware in data centre and their exchange room.

It's not like one day can settle everything. They still got a lot work need to done.

U may direct plug into your pc or laptop, see what connection speed u get it under the LAN adapter properties.

Yup....

Most of my cable is crimping myself. Cable is from AMP netconnect cat5e.

I even direct cable from modem (1gbps), router (1gbps) these 2 confirmed its 1gbps capable speed.
I using Ruckus AP R310, Its 1gbps capable too.
I use 5ghz only to do test.

So all I getting 200mbps only with LAN and wireless too. My laptop is dual AC capable, I connected 5ghz wireless and its show 850mbps speed, and yet still getting download speed 200mbps.

So not sure the issue yet, I guess tomorrow I will get cat6 cable to crimp myself and do test first.

Yeah I also think so... But I think they will reply the same thing, its still in pilot test and need take time. So I don wish talk to them first.

Tomorrow I will test everything first, I will use Fortinet Firewall, Sonicwall Firewall, watch guard etc to do test first. Last resort I will live chat with TM see what can do.

Yup done that, I got small server capable 1gbps and test read write speed from pc laptop etc can hit 950mbps.

If u confirm ur BTU is gigabit capable, but U getting 100mbps ethernet, then u need to call up TM ask then come reconfigure ur port to 1gbps capable. They normally will locked ur port to 100mbps only.
