Just got home and do speedtest again, this time getting 380mbps, which I never change any cable or any router.

replaced cable to cat6, still not getting 500mbps.

I guess its TM side issue liao. Will live chat with them later night.

They can't help me..

They replied me that "okay sir for this speed issue TM still under pilot testing, we only can check if the speed is below than the previous package subscribed".

Then I keep scold them, they replied okay sir i will escalate report for this issue to respective team to monitor your line.

But make sure u confirm all ur hardware is gigabit capable first ya.

No, the btu must reconfigure to 1gbps.

Anyway u may test, once they reset your port, your modem will restart, then u try plug in cat5e cable direct to your Lan port see whether you getting 1gbps connection speed or not.
