TM Basic unifi package to be available to all unifi covered areas starting (1st September)

I have shared my screenshot of my Unifi package and received PM from some of you requesting me to share my Unifi account number and Unifi ID as you guys have spoken to TM and share those screenshots with TM and they are unable to offer you the similar package unless the ID and Unifi account number can be provided.

The reason why myself and others have provided our screenshots is to avoid ppl labelling us as scammers or ffk. This is an open platform to share with fellow members what are the pricing and packages being offered so that members can be aware and not taken for a ride.

Not me but none of us in this forum will take a risk to share our personal account number details or our Unifi ID as this will risk all affected members.

Appreciate your kind understanding as no one will risk providing those information and that’s why you guys only see screenshots but all essential details will be greyed out for P&c purpose to avoid our account to be targeted or being at risk.

Indeed and with the information of their hardware in their system thats how the prioritise the upgrade. In my case, they didn’t have my hardware information in their system and I provided them.

Guys, I’m in the midst to be upgraded to 800mbps. I’m using Asus rt-ac87u router. Can I use cat 7 cable? Will it do any harm or any con’s?

I’m currently using Asus rt-ac87u router and have been offered RT-AC86u or 88U.

I have gone thru the specs for both 86 and 88u router and from personal experience point of view, which one is better for 800mbps unifi?

Lol! Just joking it means “Point of No Return”. It’s associated with turbo upgrade it means one way upgrade and no turning back.

My Ac-87U also having auto shutdown issue due to overheat problem. Currently waiting for stock for AC5300 under Rma warranty claim. I was told by Asus that I can also swap with 86u/88u but nah I decided to wait for 5300 stock which is due to arrive in Malaysia before end of October .
