From my experience, DiGi throttles between 7PM-1AM so you'll get less than 1 Mbps download, especially in city areas. Sometimes the throttling happens randomly even outside those hours. It's so weird when my modem says I'm on 5 bar 4G+, but the speed is like using a dial up modem in the 90s

If you don't experience that throttling now with their service, eventually you will ... probably 2 or 3 months after you've subscribed.

I know this as I stream a lot from Twitch and sometimes YouTube. I don't torrent or P2P, so not sure if they throttle those too.
