(1) One screen crack repair due to unexpected and unintentional events during the warranty period, with no traces of water or fire damage found upon our certified technicians’ discretion.

My Experience, I dropped my Note 5, screen cracked, phone cannot start.

We service centre, they come back... "Oh, your phone got water damage", this phone never went into water, was workign perfectly well UNTIL i dropped it. So now they claim is water damage.... go figure.

So screw the Samsung warranty...

There should be a water strip in your phone to detect water damage. U argue they drip 1 dot water there settle... "proven" water damage
