Sure already that long? I thought this tire came out back in 2016, no? Anyway, since this is not a popular brand like Michelin/Goodyear/Continental then not really surprised that it took long to get launched here. The V12E2 also was very late to be available here, probably as late as this FK510 too.
BS is outdated already la. They haven't been featured at the top of any comparison tests for a very long time now.
Yeah decent pricing, about midway between V12E2 and first tier brands and still pretty cheap considering it's made in Japan, unlike the overrated/overpriced Toyo T1S and Yokohama V105. Most likely sometime next year I will be trying out this FK510.
but their prices still very exp.

But i guess hankook did well despite being late, see more shops putting up hankook sign boards. I talked to one of the tyre shops before regarding this kind of brand specific sign boards. The shop owner mentioned it is a type of "subsidy" that the specific tyre brand give in terms of renovation costs. So that means hankook plans to eat into the established brands' market.
V105 still got some basis lar....M5's OEM tyre, price definitely steep though.....
I got ask a few shop before, they have a constant flow of customer, but refuse to franchise because they say group buy have more dicoount. then I ask what is group buy. he say group buy is like that have a group of shop owner, all buy stock together and put in 1 store. can cheaper but I don't know where all the free gift go.
cheaper for them, but not so cheaper for us.
they also mentioned if franchise need to chase target that make them stressed. if you bring good brand, exp those opt for more econ tyre like simes, gtradial wont come to shop anymore (make up 50% of the customer.)
