QUOTE(COOLPINK @ Aug 9 2018, 10:24 AM) yes they will send to your new employer but its your personal info so you are entitled to it also. yeah they actually sent me the offer letter along with the medical check up details...i have reverted to them the signed offer letter and they have noted on my joining date..they only send you for checkup when they have confirmed will hire you. normally the checkup is for the company employee insurance declaration. nothing to worry about its just routine. just wondering whats happening to the medical check up lol |

QUOTE(jamesongbcmy @ Aug 9 2018, 02:21 PM) I have done check up before, usually the clinic will give the report to you and you need to pass to your new employer. i dont recall that any of the clinic i went for employment screening ever give me the report for me to pass to the new employer...is this usual practice or different company has different practice? |

QUOTE(jamesongbcmy @ Aug 9 2018, 02:33 PM) I think this is for human right as you should be the first one to know your medical condition instead of your employer. what if the result show that you have certain disease that you would rather keep it private? oh but on the day of medical check up, once i done the urine and blood test and normal check up (see doctor), they say i can leave...they didnt give me anything to pass to my new employer..maybe i should ask for the report?? is it appropriate to ask for the report 2 weeks after the checkup? pls advise |

QUOTE(rong_rulez @ Aug 9 2018, 03:03 PM) You can just ask the clinic for it. Medical reports normally take few days to a week to produce. By standard procedure, the clinic would schedule another appointment after you completed the check up for debriefing medical result and give medical report for you to hand in to employer. yes i dropped my new employer an email and they say currently nothing is pending on my side..just need the acceptance of resignation from my current company HR lolIf not you can ask your employer for clarification. Ask on internet will not able to solve it, you should directly engage with relevant parties for clarification. |
