I performed a medical check up 2 weeks ago, will the clinic send the detailed report to the new employer?

How do i know whether i pass or fail the medical check up?

Do call the new employer to query. Usually those checkups are very basic tho.

but so far no news from them? can it be considered as no problem? i will call them though

yes they will send to your new employer but its your personal info so you are entitled to it also.
they only send you for checkup when they have confirmed will hire you.
normally the checkup is for the company employee insurance declaration.
nothing to worry about its just routine.

yeah they actually sent me the offer letter along with the medical check up details...i have reverted to them the signed offer letter and they have noted on my joining date..
just wondering whats happening to the medical check up lol

btw if u able to walk, able to jump, can sit, can stand, can hear, can talk, can answer what people ask - thats mean you pass already - this is for office work.

but for oil and gas sector, required more details include your stool status. u need to shit and gv sample to checker. its real, not jokes. happend to me last time.

U will know u failed if they dont hire u, coz usually employer ask to go body checkup means confirm hiring unless failed checkup

I have not seen anyone fail the medical checkup unless you are hiding some condition you having.

Takes time to response from employer that requires employee to perform medical check up. Big corporate ma.

Rarely people failed medical checkup.. Unless u hide that u got HIV or any other major illness...

I have done check up before, usually the clinic will give the report to you and you need to pass to your new employer.

i dont recall that any of the clinic i went for employment screening ever give me the report for me to pass to the new employer...is this usual practice or different company has different practice?

I think this is for human right as you should be the first one to know your medical condition instead of your employer. what if the result show that you have certain disease that you would rather keep it private?
