I personally recommend SE with Mac OS X.

Sync flawlessly with Address book, iCal and iSync. Then if you want to transfer file, you can select Transfer mode in the phone, and it will mount as removable drive with fast speed transfer.

You dont have to use some other incompatible software etc (e.g. pcSuite for some phones for file transfer).

With the budget of rm1500, you can already get a good phone with good camera and music playback capability.

Get k800i and it will work perfectly/easily with mac os x, plus you get a very good cameraphone and easy to use phone.
