This my be my experience with those small tank water saving models...
They never fully flushed the toilet... after flush... something will come back.. caused the bottom to be dirty.. always have to flush twice...

Old style flusher never have this issue... just my limited tested information.. now this made me hate water saving flusher...

old style flush uses 9L, while all toilet bowls are now designed to be 6L only, hence the power is definitely weaker.

Is there still i mean latest toilet bowl with 9L? Latest technology with 9L...

Government standards can only use 6L. That is why u cant get a 9L flush now
