If you worry that much... then don't work with such employers... I have lots of friends from UiTM working... heard non being jobless... some of them working in big companies.If the employers don't choose you because of that criteria... I don't think that is a criteria of a good employer...
If you afraid much... build your experience although with small company... big shots will hire you when you have enuf experience and you know how to sell yourself.
When you have experience, ppl don't see your highest education anymore.
