Maxis called me yesterday to ask regarding the unifi upgrade + any service issues when i was with maxis previously or not , then i told them im eligible for turbo upgrade. they quickly told me even if i was eligible, i wouldnt get the full speed due to the limitation of the router which was given by unifi. Once i told them i just bought a TP link archer c5400 , they kept quiet. Then i asked them , where's your speed upgrade? They said dont have. LEL .
