Im planning to buy 2nd hand 2011 Persona Elegance High Line. Mileage 120k. Going to meet an owner seller tomorrow to check the car.
Any common stuffs that i should check on? Or any other advises?

-IAFM got tak tak sound? -Exhaust manifold got cracks? since its covered by heat shield, you really need to youtube the sound just to be sure. Also make sure no white/black smoke come out. White smoke means piston ring worn, black smoke means running too rich -Radiator (rust? got use coolant all the while?) and engine oil/atf (color dark?milky?<means head gasket blown) clean? -Drive fast (test suspension parts) and break hard (for testing brake components) -A/C cold?
So guys, after I changed all engine mounting, the car is quiet like new! However, I can feel vibration when aircond compressor kicks in, obvious especially idling.
Is there any mounting/bush that can be changed to fix this?
For those asking about the IAFM issues, all I did was had it replaced with IRIZ air intake - it has no IAFM. So my car has no IAFM but that is OK. Just had to pass through the 2-3k RPM then the car flies off

are Anshin Co. Ltd drive shaft reliable? was quoted RM 245 each side.
asking for original most work shop say expansive some they say they never order original proton drive shaft before. proton sc say original drive shaft is about RM800 ! !!

it was a bit of bummer because most fully synthetic ATF is sold in 4 liters bottle. Proton SPIII got too many fakes in the market. maybe next time I change ATF, I'll try Mizu or UMW group brand GEP. this two is at least nobody wants to make counterfeits.

Try Boscher SP III Fully Synthetic ATF bro, they sell in 4L / 1L variants so its what you want. Been using it for 2 years+ and performance is good.
Their recommended service interval is 40-60k which is higher than original proton / mizu others, but of course I don't dare to drag so long as well
U would have to use NS70 as a replacement. I tried before, it involves modifying the bottom mount bracket. NS70 is the tied down type vs DIN55R is the bottom latch type. I would suggest just sticking to DIN55R as NS70 battery will slide around since persona doesnt have the tie down to hold it firmly.

Pls don't buy mitsubishi brand. These are fake as mitsubishi doesn't manufacture other brand car parts
For your info I changed mitsubishi brand suspension components and they just don't last. Within 1 year my rear upper arms all making noise, in the end have to re-do everything with additional labour charges some more. Another brand to avoid is mounting King
