QUOTE(AVFAN @ Oct 13 2018, 02:03 PM) exit from what video... what app or playback? everytime? this smells like a CEC-ARC problem. pls detail what TV, what AV or soundbar, what other devices... hyppbox/unifitv... how u connect. After video playback, everytime! Connection is thru Onkyo TX-NR656. TV is Samsung UA55NU8000. Mibox is also connected to the Onkyo. |

QUOTE(AVFAN @ Oct 13 2018, 05:50 PM) since u r not using arc but direct to AVR, cec is not the issue. Ok, will try it. Thanks for the quick reply! i hv exp this problem once with my denon but i can't remember what caused it. either the TV or AVR required a total power shutdown/reboot or a new q10pro firmware - what firmware r u on? also, try these: 1. remove mibox, see any diff. 2. connect Q10pro to TV direct, see any diff. 3. check HDMI cables, all well connected. from there, u may get an idea what's causing it. |
