hi guys, is c755 or c845 a better buy? If both is same price? C755 newer model with pentonic right?

At brunei 55inch c755 and c845 selling bnd960 only…

Depend of production date, C845 is supose to have Pentonic also (or they selling "old" stock first).

if at rm3400, is it a good price and good buy? hisense u7k is selling rm2.9k at harvey tho. i dont think they have c845 v2 lol, need to see production number only can knw.

C755 55inch the shop offer me bnd899 lol around 3.1k.. i feel like it is so hard to miss this one out. Probably will visit again after cny cos is for my brunei room

c755 or c845. But their price abit high, maybe can look at samung qn85b. Cos malaysia TCL quite fuk up the price so premium ppl would just buy other premium brand or topup abit get OLED.

In brunei c755 55inch can get bnd899, c845 bnd969.

Btw if their c845 stock only have during dec2023, suppose to be new pentonic 700 version? I asked them they seem dunno what im talking about what v1 or v2 lol. If both price so near, maybe get c845 better.. im still thinking cos planning to move house only buy

yeah not sure why Brunei got it so cheap, maybe they direct import from china, but got 2years warranty and they official TCL distributor also. i think malaysia becos local distro or region wan to makan.

Just managed unbox my 55inch C755. Due to current connection not good streaming quality is bad cannot give comment on movies. But just now launched xbox series x, the color and black is really good, using dolby vision gaming. I think comparable to my C9. The bright is brighter No washed out like normal non FALD tv. But the TV setting is quite cumbersome lol. Once have more time to play on it only can give better insights. Buy for a 3k TV(BND899) this is best bang for buck already. I dont see any TV around that price and provide such image and specs.

okies, will share when i am able to access my TV again. i see the apple tv got some dolby vision content the character chequered shirt will shimmer abit, dunno is because the low bandwidth issue or not. i know after unbox got 1 OTA update, just didnt notice is which version.

updated to v098, watching anime on netflix no longer will have very bad juddering on the character when moving. The Dolby vision IQ can turn off motion clarity already, then the dolby precision plus makes everything sharper. Not sure should use dolby vision IQ or dolby vision dark, feel like dark makes everything less pop. In gaming mode, there is this local contrast, is it same as local dimming? cos normal setting is low, should put to hight? how about micro contrast?

C755 no issue x1 or x2, that is c845 x1 x2 diff chip. C755 already using pentonic chip
