Hi there everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has compared the C645 55" (RM2000) with any new similarly priced TV models.
Do the new models (C655/55T7B or other models) have the same colour output as the old C645 or are they a lot better/accurate?
Because personally for me, I really didn't like the colours coming out from C645, even after messing around with the settings and whatnot.

For example, tried to watch LinusTechTips on Youtube and his skin just looked super red/orange, compared to watching on any other screen I had.
Dolby Vision via Netflix looked great, just everything else that doesn't use it looked quite inaccurate imo

I noticed the same thing on my C645 watching youtube on 4k. Skin tone look really reddish. But only on 4k. 2k or 1080p will make the skin tone look like skin again.
Didn't notice any other jarring color on other form of media. Content on Netflix and Amazon prime looks great.

However, my experience with TV is really limited. I jumped straight from regular non smart 1080p TV to this C645. At first I'm unsure as well if the TV is any good as I don't have any comparison, but after visiting relatives and friend and watching their TV. I'd say the C645 is really good for the price.

Ah, I didn’t think to check stuff other than 4K on the TV.
I was planning to hook it up to an Apple TV instead of using the built in software, not sure if that would have made a difference or not.

Hi guys I am very new to TCL TV. However I'm not sure about the quality. I'm thinking of buying TCL 75 inch C645 after watching showroom near my house. Picture and colour looks quite good. The price they are selling now is rm4299 with 2 years warranty.

My questions
1. Is the quality okay and the smart TV not laggy?
2. And how does it compared to the Samsung and Sony TV? Thanks for helping appreciated.
3. There's another Samsung model selling rm4599 Qled as well. I'm in dilemma which one to buy now

How is the TCL V6B? planning to get the 50" version..

Looking at P745 55 inch and V6B 50 inch. Price difference more or less RM50. The 2023 model P745 better?

The V6B don't have Dolby Vision/Atmos processing. It has so called 'Dolby Audio'. On these budget TVs, makes no difference, I guess.

I see, wonder if its worth topping up rm600 for the qled t7b model instead

I chose samsung qn85c because secured a good deal. manage to get it below rm4.5k for 65inches

so far so good, but i have nothing to compare against. cuz the last tv that i used is a 7-8 years old tv provided by my landlord.
