I dint backup SMS because most of the SMS from bank/insurance only . U can try dl SMS backup+ from playstore , it is backup to gmail iinm .
Only backup whatapss and wechat chat history and media . Other apps i reinstall only, if ur hp rooted , can use titanium backup whole app.

Dont1 to use power + press volume down button. The screenshot is missing on the list , canot add to notification there while miui has it .

I googled some stock Oreo hv it . How to remove the google search bar and can i add another page to the left swipe? i wana add my calender on left side then swipe right can put other widget . Now only able to add on right side of homescreen , then i need swipe right twice if i keep on add new widget.

I disable the google assistance lol , dont like it

Install new launcher eat more RAM and consume more battery right

I am using redmi s2 sp , it is ok but the side u need adjust nicely only put it on else the sp will in ur screen .
So the downside is not wide enuf but still can fully cover if u adjust nicely .

Juz found shopee gt ppl sell mi a2 , rm10 for 3 it is cheap

Can anyone share their battery usage ? Feel like it consume alot , around +10% battery life when 7hrs of sleep time .

2. i always disable auto rotate but i dont think it will affect battery life whn it is sleep since the screen is off
3. my gps and bluetooth r off all the time
4. backup default is off , whatapps only backup whn i tap "backup"

Can u shw ur battery usage , juz wana c whether the graph is normal / similar.

Can u show ur battery life graph? I found tat when rest time the graph still sloping down , RN3 pro only use 1% when sleep time idle for 7-8hrs . Mi a2 minimum use 5% of battery life .

can self cut , go google cut simcard templete then print out . I cut micro to nano myself , shop/telco wana charge RM10 .

After i do a full cycle charge , use till 0% battery and hp auto showdown thn charge -> 100% , the battery life become better . Can do more then 7hours SOT.

When the phone is off , i charge till 3% thn power on and conti till 100%

Yes Emui is veli good , clean ROM . Not mcm miui alot Mi apps inside .

Feel like wanna sell my mia2 , wait for poco sd845 rm1.2k is tempting

Got few Mi bloatware and miui system will force close some background apps even set the apps allowed to run at background , mb thy want save battery life .
