I believe it's one of the main secret of longevity, detoxification of the body and retain your mental sharpness and focus. One of the key findings is it lowers cotrisol level to restore your level of mental sharpness and concentration. For me I usually take 30 mins rest after a simple lunch. It's simply to recharge my brain and body. This is also useful as it allows our body to recharge and heal, and we will age better and look better for our age.
