Normally custom would send a letter to the recipient of the parcel notifying that the parcel has been held. Cannot be certain if its been held or it's delayed bcos backlog. You can try calling the Customs /Poslaju at Juru. Jln Perindustrian Bukit Minyak 18.
But they don't pick up one.
